My Insurance Company : 18 months+ and still waiting for settlement on a personal injury claim which is clear cut as anything.

this is all down to definitions/perceptions of slim/curvy and whatever... one person's curvacious is another's skinny.

In my opinion curvy covers a a broad spectrum of 'sizes' (the numbers mean nothing to me to be fair) , and church comes into it, altho she is a complete dickhead.

I would also say she is quite slim.

Right let me get this straight you were a victim of fraud am I right? If you were a victim of fraud and Littlewoods have acknowledged this then it should be removed from your credit report by them asap.

Al is right, if they are agreeing with you that it is identity fraud then it should be removed from your credit history by them.

If not report them to the financial ombudsman ( sp ? ).

Plus I thought it was only Defaults that went against you for 6 years, CCJ's IVA's and Bankrupsy for a lot longer - unless they are cleared/you're declared discharged.....

They'll be regulated by the CCA and FSA but it shouldn't get to that. If they acknowledge it is not your fault it should be removed by them. If they don't go to the three UK agencies and obtain copies of your statutory reports (£2 each by post, I can give you the contact details) when you have checked that the details on them are incorrect (eg Littlewoods are showing you as having arrears or defaults) then lodge a dispute with the agencies explaining what happened. They will then go to Littlewoods and when they confirm it was fraud the agencies will clear your report and tell littlewoods they are c*nts.

CCJ's will stay on your report for 6 years whether they are satisfied or not.

And for mortgage purposes proof of payment and clearment bypasses the "badness" of having one in the past...... Or at least it did with Natwest/RBS.......

If it's satisfied then it will show as such but will remain on there. Whether it counts against you is dependent on the criteria of the company and normally how long ago it was registered. My advice to anyone with credit is to set up direct debits and ensure they are taken out on the correct day every month.
